75 deadlifts (100lbs/80lbs)

50 Air Squats

25 hang cleans

50 push ups

75 overhead squats

50 pull ups

25 shoulder to overhead

P1 Works while P2 Holds KB’s in farmer Carry stand (One per Arm) Must stop working if KB’s are dropped.
Rest 5 Mins then-

Metcon (Weight)

Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes.

Partners have to attempt a Power Clean at any given weight and must add at least 5# each time every minute.
