-600 Air squats

-Run up hill w/ 45# Plate

Pass between you guy how ever often

-300 Push ups at the top of the mountain.

-Run back down w/ plate

-400 Jumping jacks

*all partners may work at the same time

*Pass the plate between you guys as much as you like

*have fun and be safe!!
