40 Minutes –

Run 800M, Row 800M, perform 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups and 15 Squats for 10 revolutions, then Row 800M, Run 800M, perform 5 burpees, 10 Jumping Lunges and 15 Sit-ups for 10 revolutions, if time remains, repeat the workout from the first 800M run until time expires.
