15 Minute AMRAP:

Bear Crawl one direction: 10 Wall Balls 14/10, 10 Squats, 10 Burpees,

Bear Crawl Back and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Each Round is 57 Reps (Bear Crawl counts as one rep per direction).

Rest 5 Minutes then

15 Minute AMRAP:

Farmers Walk one direction 10 Jumping Pull-ups, 20 Sit-ups, 30 Single Unders, Farmers Walk back – light KB Carry, 2 KB’s
