Todays worlout wil be done as a partner workout. Tabata time will be switched to 15 seconds on and 15 seconds off, your partner will work opposite you. You will combine your total scores for the workout.

Teams work together and push each other when they can but guide each other to rest and pace as needed. This is all encouragement today!
