18 Minute AMRAP of – 5 Wall Balls, 5 Wall Ball Carries down and back, 5 Wall Ball Sit-ups (touch behind head and in between feet), 5 Wall Ball Squat Cleans, 5 Wall Ball Ball Slams, 5 Wall Ball Goblet Squats, 5 Wall Ball OH Walking Lunges.

Rest 6 Minutes then

18 Minute AMRAP of – 3 Push-ups, 6 Box Steps, 9 KB Swings, 12 KB Goblet Squats Run 400M (record last run as 1 rep per 200M (guess if you finished the halfway point in time).
