Then 3 rounds of:

10 sit-ups

10 squats

Ring Rows (10×5)

PK Partner Run Squat (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 min clock

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of

Partner A: Med ball front squats, while Partner B runs 100m

6 Med ball passes

Switch places and repeat.
