Each child give coach an exercise and coach will determine reps and/or length of time.

Hang Clean (5×5)

Focus on keeping barbell close.

No reverse curls.

PK 10 Station WOD (AMRAP – Reps)

Set up 10 stations:

1-rope slams

2-goblet squats


4-ring rows

5-hollow rocks

6-ball slams

7-weighted kb lunges


9-box jumps or steps


Work time at each station will be 1 minute. Keep track of reps from each station. Record separately.

Repeat if time allows. Record number of rounds in comment box if needed.
