Power Kids Shuttle Runs (No Measure)

Set up 3 cones at different distances with varying weight med balls. First person retrieves the balls from all 3 cones and the second person returns them and so on .

Push Press (3×8)

PK 3 AMRAPS (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 minute AMRAP

20 mtn climbers

10 jump lunges

10 SDLHP use a kb

10 pushups

REST 2 minutes

Then: another 5 minute AMRAP

10 jumping jacks

50 jump rope singles

REST 2 minutes

Then: a 4 minute AMRAP

burpee broad jumps down and back

bear crawl down and back

crab walk down and back
