Partner up, or a team of 4 – 2 – 12 minute AMRAP’s BACK TO BACK

Workouts –

Isabel – 30 snatch for time

Grace – 30 Clean and Jerk for time

Annie – 50/40/30/20/10 – doubles and sit-ups

Yolanda – 12-9-6 Squat Cleans and Burpees to a plate

RX= 95/65, RX+ = 135/95

Divide the WOD’s up. If you finish all four, start back over at the top. When you hit 12 minutes, rest 1 minute, then begin the second twelve minutes.

Change who does what for the second 12 minutes.
