12 Days Of Christmas (Time)

This WOD starts with the 1 rep movement, and continues adding one additional movement until the 12th Thruster is completed. So – 1 clean, followed by 2 HSPU and 1 clean, then 3 front squats, 2 HSPU and 1 clean.. etc.

5 CTB Pull-ups

6 Box Jumps – 24/20

7 Burpees

8 Push Ups

9 Wall Balls – 20/14

10 KB Swings – 1.5/1.0 pood

11 Dead-lifts – 135/95

12 Thrusters – 135/95
