Partner – Squats Over Pulls (Time)

Partner up –

8 Rounds of

400M Run

While Partner 1 is running, Partner 2 is performing Back Squats (135#/95#)

The Total Number of Back Squats done while Partner 1 is running are subtracted from 50. The Team has to then perform the remaining amount in pull-ups (50-squats = pull-ups). Both members can work to do the pull-ups, one at a time. Be creative to get the barbell to the back squat position, and to also have room to pull-up.

Switch partners EVERY round, so both will eventually run 1 mile.

Time cap is 40 minutes.
The reference to creativity, is assuming that there are going to be multiple teams on different schedules, thus the rig needs to stay available for pull-ups.
