Max Rep Pull-ups

The goal is the most pull-ups possible. You can walk or run the 400M with the goal of the most TOTAL pull-ups you can possibly get.

Max Pull-ups are done by jumping to the pull-up bar, and doing as many before falling off. You can hang there as long as you can to get as many as possible.

Ring Rows will be done as hard as possible to failure.
