1oo Pull-ups split as 25/25, 15/15, 10/10

100 Push-ups the same split

100 Sit-ups the same split

100 Squats the same split

back through from the top down with only 20 of each movement, 10/10 of each, then time.

For extra credit finish the WOD with 25 burpee pull-ups simultaneous.
