Summer Camp I (Time)

30,000# Overhead Anyhow, which includes barbell, or floor to overhead Kettlebell,

100 pull-ups

200 squats

300 double Unders

100 Burpee over partner (sub barbell for singles).

This is the workout for 4 people. divide by 4 to get the per person number and correct from there.
