Split Jerk Drill (Weight)

3 EMOM for 7 minutes. You will add every successful barbell. Only ONE attempt per minute, so if you go to heavy, you get a ZERO for that minute. Try to stay very consistent with only small increases.

Add all successful barbells together for one score, post each minute weight to comments.
