Split Jerk Drill (Weight)

3 EMOM for 7 minutes. You will add every successful barbell. Only ONE attempt per minute, so if you go to heavy, you get a ZERO for that minute. Try to stay very consistent with only small increases.

Add all successful barbells together for one score, post each minute weight to comments.
Only add the barbell that was lifted 3 x. 2 x doesn’t count, only count the barbell once.
