14.5 Guesswork (AMRAP – Reps)

Teams Of Two –

20 Minute AMRAP:

20 Burpees (10 per person)

10 Clean and Jerks (5 per person)

Each Round, you will add 10# to your Clean and Jerk Weight (use plates wisely, pick teams that will be able to use the same bar if need be). You will max your weight on the 4th round, and use that weight the rest of the time.

For example – start with 95#/55# – then increase to 105/65, 115/75, 125/85.

You may start heavier, base it on your working CJ load.
