Partner Push Pull (Time)

Partner up – You choose the order of the components. Once you start a component, you go until you are done. Divide the component up as you like, but only 1 working at a time.

Component 1:

60 Pull-ups, 80 Push-ups

Component 2:

60 SDLHP, 60 Shoulder to Overhead 95/65 RX+ = 115/75

Component 3:

Row 1.5k, 100 Wall Balls, 20/14

Component 4:

50 Back Squats 135/95, 50 Dead-lifts 135/95 RX+ = 225/135

Once in a component, finish it before moving on.
