Once bought in, you will perform

10 Toes to Bar

10 shoulder to overhead

Rounds and Reps til time is complete

Switch on and off as often as you like, Share everything however you like except the waiters walk.
New athletes should reduce to dead-lifts instead of cleans. Waiters walks can be farmers carry, and sit-ups for toes to bar. If possible to provide space on the rig for the shoulder to overhead coming from the rack, this would be good for new people.
