Use a method of hidden selection : select ten movements from athletes and number them secretly – they pick 5 numbers, do the same for rep counts, the same for loads, the same for minutes after 20… so it could be 20, 21, 22, 23… Minute AMRAP.

Make this a rounds and reps AMRAP. Runs or Row will count how you choose at the end.
