20 Minute AMRAP

25 Ft OH Walking Lunge 95#/65#

8 Bar Facing Burpees

25 Ft OH Walking Lunge

8 C2B Pull-Ups

*Jump over the bar after each burpee

*Mark out lines in 5ft increments for the lunges, every 5ft is 1 rep

Not sure if you will be able to be judged during regular classes. A good sub for those not doing the OPEN would be to use a barbell and do stationary lunges, or a plate and do walking.

Weightlifting

Overhead Squat (light, high reps. Only if you are feeling up to it)

2 sets of max reps with low load. IF you feel up to it.
